OpenSourcery provides Zimbra calendaring solution to Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare

Background

Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, the largest provider of mental health services in the state of Oregon, has contracted OpenSourcery to implement the Zimbra open source calendaring and email application across their ninety Oregon locations. Cascadia provides mental health, addiction help and crisis assistance across the state, so having a reliable system for scheduling and communication is essential.

Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare is familiar with Zimbra from a previous arrangement, but their former service didn't live up to expectations. They were concerned about the frequent business hours downtime, insufficient network speeds, inflexibility, and poor response time to problems. In response, Cascadia approached OpenSourcery because of our reputation for technical excellence, personal service, and local expertise.

Ultimately, Cascadia wanted not only faster service, they wanted to know that their needs would be taken care of by people who really care about their mission. When they call OpenSourcery, real humans will answer the phone. When they need a task completed, OpenSourcery will see the job through.
