Heather hails from Detroit, Michigan and received her BA in Business from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (Go Blue!). She comes to OpenSourcery with 10 years experience in both Finance and Operations Project Management at Intel, where her process improvement work garnered the highest recognition possible from the company's CEO for the ~600 person international Accounting organization. Heather entered the wonderful world of Drupal web development with a whirlwind summer at the Drupal Association, spinning up the Munich DrupalCon site and coordinating development of the Drupal 7 Conference Organization Distribution (COD) for streamlined implementation of future DrupalCon sites. Heather spends her spare time studying and performing hip hop, salsa and burlesque dance, practicing yoga, reading and exploring Oregon's incredible wilderness and culinary delights!
