Hailing from Shorewood, Minnesota, Andrea began building her own websites at age 10, taking advantage of the then free dial-up connections (NetZero) and web hosting services (expage, geocities, angelfire). She continued exploring this curiosity and passion as a part of the curriculum at Lewis & Clark while pursuing her degrees in mathematics and computer science.

Andrea has managed over 100 Drupal projects of all sizes at OpenSourcery. She also has in-depth experience in Drupal web app design, deployment coordination and quality assurance. She loves working closely with the development team and devising new strategies to solve unique and interesting problems.

Andrea is an active contributor to the French Team on localize.drupal.org. She also volunteered at PNWDS 2011 and at DrupalCon 2012. In her spare time, Andrea loves to hike and camp with her dog, play piano, keep up with her French pals and watch classic films.
