OpenSourcery, LLC, a leading developer of open source software solutions to progressive and sustainable organizations, announced today that it has acquired Amazing Web Development, a privately held firm based in Portland, Oregon specializing in delivering Web 2.0 applications based on open source technologies to clients primarily in the educational sector.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
With this acquisition OpenSourcery increases its ability to rapidly deliver Web 2.0 applications to its growing client base.
