Josh is a veteran developer and project manager with fifteen years of experience in software and database development for commercial, non-profit and university organizations. He has a wide range of experience in relational database programming and analysis, distributed and web applications, markup languages, and software design and development methods utilizing Java, J2EE, SQL, Perl, Ruby, Rails, Python, Zope, Bash, PHP, Visual Basic, CSS, XML, HTML, Javascript and, yes, AJAX.

As a seasoned network engineer, he understands the needs of communications delivery from small business cost savings to carrier class redundancy. As a systems engineer, Kris integrates critical business infrastructure to deliver information technology that works. Jonathan graduated from shooting x-rays at hard drives while doing research at IBM to data wrangling at the Downtown Emergency Service Center, where he led software development of CHASERS, an agency management/client tracking system at one of Seattle's largest homeless service providers.

Randall is the marriage counselor between people and computers, an accomplished design and software engineering professional with over a decade of IT experience. He is the lead designer and developer of eleMental Clinic, an open source patient management system for mental health clinics.
