Founder Brian Jamison has decades of development, operations, and project management experience, and over 15 years of experience in web development projects. OpenSourcery was created to help responsible businesses, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurs make the most of the web.

Brian Jamison
Founder, CEO
Brian co-founded his first web development company in 1995 and oversaw the development of sites such as Disneyland.com and Sony PlayStation. At OpenSourcery he manages the strategy, hiring, and business development for the company. Brian is also an adviser, mentor, or board member for numerous Internet startups and professional service companies. In his spare time he loves to dance the Argentine Tango.
Adam DiCarlo
Senior Developer
Prior to working at OpenSourcery, Adam managed his own Drupal development company that executed custom Drupal solutions for a number of high-profile sites. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Portland State University.
Alex Kroman
Director of Operations
Alex comes to OpenSourcery with extensive software engineering experience. Previously he worked at Cargill leading the design and development of software for the baking industry. Prior to that, at Dark Horse Comics, he worked on e-commerce and internal business systems.
Andrea Beithon
Project Coordinator
Hailing from Shorewood, Minnesota, Andrea first arrived in Portland in 2006 as a student at Lewis & Clark College. Four years of schooling and a year abroad later, Andrea graduated from Lewis & Clark with a degrees in French Studies, Computer Science & Mathematical Sciences with honors in Mathematics.
Delona Lang
Business Developer
Delona has managed accounts for a wide range of clients -- from emerging technology start-ups to international market leaders. She specializes in managing multiple programs simultaneously and addresses complex topics and issues in a clear, concise manner. She works across all lines of stakeholders to facilitate communications and delivers desired results on time and within budget.
Jesse Hofmann-Smith
Developer
Jesse is currently a Drupal developer at OpenSourcery, piecing together modules, and coding together solutions.
Jonathan Hedstrom
Lead Developer
Jonathan graduated from shooting x-rays at hard drives while doing research at IBM to data wrangling at the Downtown Emergency Service Center, where he led software development of CHASERS, an open source agency management/client tracking system at one of Seattle's largest homeless service providers.
Michael Nielson
Developer
Mike started playing around with computers when his dad installed a 286 running MS DOS around his 10th birthday. In college he followed the passion and studied computational physics at Oregon State. He cut his teeth theming and coding in Drupal 4.4. When not at work, he enjoys hiking with his dog Molly and trying out ethnic foods.
Simon McFarlane
QA Lord
Simon developed an interest in programming in the second grade, when he took a class in HTML at his school. After interning at OpenSourcery in the summer of 2009 through the ASE program, he came back the following year for a part-time job as a QA tester.
Will Illingworth
Business Developer
Will is an experienced software developer, systems administrator, and fifth-generation Oregonian with a computer science education from Lewis & Clark College. He is dedicated to connecting clients with the best of open source software, and he pursues this goal with a genuine desire to see technology improve lives, one situation at a time.
